This classic home is located on the Caloosahatchee River and has breathtaking sunset views. This home was designed so every room had a view of the waterfront. Our client requested a classic style and colors that are enhanced with warm cherry woods and stone features. Upon entering the home, a spiral staircase with sensor lighted open stairs catch your attention while listening to a player piano nestled under the staircase. The living room opens to the second floor and has 20 foot wood ceilings and features a large stone fireplace. The regal dining room includes seating for 8 and showcases a large iron and crystal chandelier which illuminates the entire room. It is surrounded by stone columns and decorative tile borders which define the space. The kitchen is an open concept with cherry cabinets with an espresso glaze which overlook the pool and waterfront views. The neutral palette consisting of taupes, grey and blacks are a subtle background for the architectural features this home has to offer. Complete with its own private theatre and game room, there is nothing this house needs to entertain guests. The master retreat has an upholstered bed with washable silk bedding for comfort and elegance and also features the bathroom with marble accents around the spa tub and showers. The attached guest house was designed with a nautical theme and used grey wash wood tile plank flooring for that distressed look. The infinity edge pool creates a feeling that you are right next to the river and also provides an additional area for outdoor grilling a fire pit and entertaining.
